Background
The First Person You Will Talk To
Leo was Integrity's first hire. He came straight out of college, working at a restaurant with no agency experience. Over the years, he grew into the role and is now a partner. That trajectory says a lot about who he is and how this agency operates.
When you reach out to Integrity, Leo is the person on the other end of the line. That is by design. Before the agency can help your business, someone needs to listen first. Leo is that someone.
He does not open calls with a slide deck or a list of packages. He opens with questions. What does your business do? Who are your customers? What have you tried before? What worked? What did not?
If we are not a good fit for a client, or they are not a good fit for us, Leo will walk away from the deal. He would rather do right by people than close a sale.

What He Does Day-to-Day
Leo's role goes well beyond the first phone call. As Sr. Account Manager, he is the connective tissue between clients and the rest of the Integrity team.
Meeting with a new prospect to understand their business and goals
Checking in with existing clients to review progress and adjust priorities
Working with the internal team to make sure client needs are clearly communicated
Prescribing specific services based on what the data and the conversation reveal
Following up on deliverables to make sure nothing slips through the cracks
Leo does not just hand clients off after the first call. He stays involved throughout the relationship, making sure the work stays aligned with what the client actually needs.
His Approach
Leo believes the right service matters more than the most expensive service. His job is not to sell the biggest package. It is to figure out what will actually move the needle for each client's business.
That means sometimes he recommends less than what a client expected. If a business only needs SEO and does not need paid media, Leo will say so. This consultative approach is a big part of why Integrity has earned over 100 five-star reviews.
