Makers is an architectural planning firm serving the states of Washington and California for over fifty years. They provide a wide range of services, including federal planning, federal facility planning, community planning, and urban design. Makers has worked on various large-scale projects such as Seattle Transit Access, San Diego Naval Base, and Fife City Center. Their architectural expertise and innovative design solutions have earned them a long-standing reputation for excellence.
Project Details
There were several objectives for this project, with the overarching goals being to showcase the client’s architectural projects through a customized project gallery and modernize the overall website design. Makers also wanted to highlight their uniqueness as a brand and their team’s industry expertise. Lastly, they wanted a better user flow and added personality within the written copy.
To achieve these goals, we redesigned the site on WordPress, developing custom functionalities and utilizing multiple aspects of on-page and technical SEO. We also reworked the copy, giving it an engaging and exciting feel.
